A company that is supposed to be servicing equipment for babies ask me to give them an address so I can drive to my hotel from the airport without car seats because they don't service airports why do they advertise they do?

Only if you want to use car seats from these people at a residential address would I even bother but based on other reviews they're pretty sloppy

Horrible experience

I had booked a Britax car seat months before we needed it for a short trip to California. Everything was set until a couple of days before our trip and I was contacted telling me that a delivery will not be possible and we can pick it up at a Walmart near the delivery address.

Ok, not too big a deal but I did pay $40 for delivery and pick up. I was not in town yet and had my parents pick it up so that it would be ready for us when we got there. We get there and they bought us a Safety 1st car seat. We own a Britax and that's the reason why we ordered that brand.

And the car seat we had was horrible - the belts kept twisting, the buckle kept going under my child's butt. It was sooooo frustrating to use and again a big part of it is because it's not a brand that we are familiar with. Not all car seats are created equally.

So we deal with that and I contacted them for some compensation back because of how frustrating the Safety 1st seat was to use. They say ok no problem we'll get you refunds.

Order was supposed to be picked up on 8/21 between 1-3 pm.

As of today, it is delayed on more day and will not be picked up until 8/24. I had to call to make sure that I'm not getting charged an additional day.

My issue is, if my uncle lived in a sketchy neighborhood, we wouldn't be able to just leave it outside and he'd have to wait for them to pick up.

The idea behind this is great but the execution is horrible. I just want to be done with this car seat debacle and it's still going on.

Extremely Bad Experience

This company is absolutely HORRENDOUS! Unfortunately they were they only baby rental company with "everything" (or so we thought) we needed in the area we were going to.

We ordered around $450 worth of baby gear (2 1/2 weeks before our arrival) and were charged immediately for the order. When we got to our vacation destination two and a half weeks later, out of the entire order, they had ONLY delivered the 2 cribs and our "bucket of toys" which was a mere 4 happy meal sized toys and a small book that we paid $70 for! We immediately called the company and told them that over half of our order was not delivered, we never received communication that not all was delivered and still charged the entire amount (luckily for us they take pictures of proof of delivery). This is when the games started and they "had to check with the warehouse and get back to us".

Long story short, after MANY "calls to the warehouse", we were told they would refund our order (never a clear answer as to what happened to 90% of what we were charged for). We were promised (in writing) that we would received a full refund 5-7 business days after our pickup. I gave them about 9 business days to make right and process our refund before calling. Still nothing.

After this time, every time I called, I was told "they had to check with the finance team" and call me back. After each returned phone call or text message back, they kept telling me it will be processed in 3-4 business days.

I did finally get my full refund after COUNTLESS hours, phone calls, and messages with them, but save yourself the hassle and rent from somewhere else! They are awful and sketchy.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Full refund, plus company purchased brand new units at Walmart in time for us to pick up and use for the week.

Absolutely the worst. Called several weeks early and talked to people, who assured me that even though there were no car seats in my state, there was plenty of time to ship some from another location.

Now less than 15 hours from the time by grandkids arrive on a plane, they are telling us that they have none available. THIS IS FOR KIDS SAFETY...THIS ISN'T CONVENIENCE OR "NICE TO HAVE".

WHAT CRAP INVENTORY CONTROL AND EVEN CRAPPIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN.

We filled out all details in their web form to register for an airport delivery. Including our itinerary, address of airport, and to do the exchange at baggage claim.

Day of our trip, we get a call as we are en route to airport telling us they dont have enough info to do the delivery. We spend three separate calls trying to prove to them we correctly filled out the form, but they dont believe us. At least we got a refund, but the customer service was so unprofessional that we will never use this again. How can we be sure we filled out the form right next time?

They can cancel and claim you just didnt give them the right info. They maintain its our fault, with no admitting that there was an error on the company end.

Since when did it stop being that the customer is always right? Sure way to *** off a customer is tell them they are too incompetent to fill out a simple web form.

Rented a car seat several weeks in advance for a visit from our grandson, seat wasn’t delivered on day scheduled, contacted customer service, they said it wasn’t their fault, very rude and disrespectful, had to buy a car seat was told to return it to them and I’d be reimbursed, ??? Do I’m billed from babiesgetaway plus spent close to $200 , treated like crap!!

Not happy or impressed. Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!!

Rentals Never Came

Order never showed up. When I called customer service, I was told that a manager would call me back.

Never received a call. Called again and was told that the items were delivered and left on the front porch. Someone was home waiting on the items all day and no one ever left anything on the porch.

Was supposed to receive a call in 30-40 min and never received that, as well!

Needless to say, I never received the rentals for my 6 month old and never heard back from the company. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered a double stroller to be delivered to my hotel in NYC. I never received the stroller.

I was called on Monday, after the weekend, asking where I left the stroller. When I complained that I actually never received the stroller, I was told that I would get a full refund.

I have never received my refund. Would NEVER recommend using this service!!!

Rented over 250 dollars worth of equipment which never arrived on the day it was supposed. I spent the day on the phone, first it was delivered, then no it's in transit, then we can't find it, lets see what we can do.

They never called me back so I called them. I demanded a refund, they sent me an email saying a full refund would put back on my card in 5 business days. Refund never happened.

I've contacted my credit card company and filed. I had to go out and buy everything ($300+) for a three day visit for toddler Grandson.

We rented a crib and mattress from this company. They were supposed to deliver between 9&11.

When we initially called we were told to call the shopping company and they wouldn't provide any further support. Everything finally arrived and to our surprise was in horrible condition. The crib and throw up on the frame and was very dirty. The mattress came unprotected and was also extremely dirty.

As if the delivery guy just dragged a mattress around the city with now protective layer. The sheets were given in a pharmacy bag. When we called simply looking for a solution, we were told they will come pick it up and nothing they could do. It was 5pm and I was left stranded with no options.

Theybcouldnt even offer to replace the crib. Before long, they started threating my family and said they were coming to our hotel to fight us. It was absolutely absorbs. We begged for a manager and when he finally came on the phone, only continued to threaten my family and acted like a gangster.

Stay away from this company. They're a bunch of scammers.

Watch out. Not safe.

This company sucks,I placed an order for a FULL SIZE CRIB, BUMPERS, High Chair ( minus the roach that fell out of it when opened), Tub, and Red Wagon. First of all they said I put in wrong address, when I changed the billing address versus delivery that's where it all went wrong, They delivered it to my mother in laws house and I was going 3 hours away.They dumped it on the patio and left.

We took 2 cars one for the baby stuff to our destination. Bought in Crib , turns out its a PORTABLE CRIB ( No Sheets), never received the Bumpers I paid for, our hostess opens high chair and Roach falls out of cushion, I'm ready to die. Paid for Red Wagon NO WAGON NO EXPLANATIONS.They are not available on Saturday or Sunday. We get in touch with them Monday very nice girl tells me they are going to credit me $70.00 and that they have been having trouble with their web site.

That they will gladly pick up stuff at my destination just give her the address and leave it outside they will be there on Tuesday. I thought it was all over we left everything there. Half hour away from home this nasty *** *** calls my phone says she is the manager and that I need to bring it back with me I explain that I am almost home and that i was told it would get picked up free of charge. She says no way not possible unless I PAY $50.00.

Which I tell her fine take it out of my $70.00 credit . Then I realize it was only $35.00 to deliver and pick up from there to begin with and they charged me $50.00 RIP OFF TOO Very nasty women no customer skills what so ever. Not only did they not pick it up on Tuesday but they showed up at my friends house at the CRACK of dawn. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN this company sucks.

There so called office looks like an empty building.
